Prior to joining VU, Shauna supported both B2B and B2C in Marketing Management roles along with driving enterprise efforts in Corporate Diversity. She came to Vanguard over 11 years ago with a strong marketing background in the credit card industry.

While working as a corporate trainer/course designer in the late ‘90s John discovered a professional use for his otherwise useless proclivity. He found that by making games out of the training courses he was able to get folks engaged. At this point he knew he was on to something.

John went on to found Launchfire, where he’s helped design training programs for a host of Fortune 500 companies, banks, and public organizations.

Chris Henry is responsible for talent development and serves as the Global Head of Facilitation for Leadership Edge, J.P. Morgan Chase’s firm-wide suite of leadership and management training programs. Chris is responsible for designing and executing a competency based assessment process to ensure standards of performance for facilitators globally. Prior to assuming this role, Chris was Head of International Faculty for Leadership Edge.

Upon joining J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., Chris was responsible for talent management in the Corporate & Investment Bank. In that role he designed programs and systems to ensure the CIB was strategic in its approach to developing talent. He spearheaded the integration of succession and mobility planning, and leadership development.

Prior to J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., Chris was Vice President of Player Development for the National Football League. His role was to ensure the successful transition of NFL players into and out of professional football by administering a continuum of programs and services designed to assist active and practice squad players to succeed in their lives off-the-field.

Previous to the NFL, Chris worked as a senior consultant with Spencer, Shenk, Capers & Associates, Inc., a behavioral consulting corporation established in 1978. Chris consulted around research-based models and provided leadership and communication training, executive coaching, candidate selection interviewing, and meeting facilitation. Working with publicly and privately held companies, his work focused on maximizing leadership capabilities to improve business performance.

After graduating from Skidmore College in 1991 with a BA in Political Science, he worked in Washington, D.C. for a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives. Chris was responsible for the Congressman’s legislative work on the Small Business Committee.

Chris also spent a year at the Dow Jones Investor Network (DJIN) working with the West Coast Bureau Chief to track, research and analyze the earnings of technology, entertainment and gaming companies.

He received his MSW from the University of Southern California (USC) and is a licensed psychotherapist.

Since the beginning of her career, Tami has been dedicated to bringing out the best in others whether it be through designing a course, coaching, facilitating a workshop, leading teams, or sharing a useful resource.

Tami received her Masters of Education in Training and Development from Penn State and her BA in Psychology from Shippensburg University of PA. She is a Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Dan Miller is a Senior Vice President with GP Strategies, he has extensive experience helping clients to define and deploy learning strategies for global workforces. Dan led the expansion of GP Strategies’ Learning Services into the Asia Pacific region and has lived and worked in the UK serving as the Global Account Executive for GP’s largest financial services client. Brian earned his Masters of Science in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and has served as a talent development leader within the financial services industry for over 16 years. Brian is passionate about leadership development, promoting a culture of learning and transforming organizational effectiveness. Brian’s extensive experience, lessons learned and best practices for developing leaders have made positive impacts at several fortune 500 companies, including Wells Fargo and Raymond James. As one senior leader wrote, “Brian is an influential, energetic, enthusiastic and empowering leader. He fosters a collaborative environment that encourages brainstorming, outside-the-box solutions and innovation. Such an environment allows individuals to stretch and share best practices to continue to hone their skills.”

Prior to her role at S & P Global, she led an internal team researching and testing new pedagogies and learning innovations for Philips N.V. in Amsterdam, providing learning and development strategies for the company’s 100,000 global employees. Prior to Philps, Dr. Murdoch was Global Digital Learning Consultant for UNICEF as part of their digital transformation initiative and has held digital learning positions at Apollo Education Group, Temple University, and a number of other organizations. In 2014, David joined Fitch Learning with responsibility for business development across the Americas focusing on tailored learning and learning solutions.

David grew up in Edinburgh, Scotland, attained his Bachelor’s degree in York, England before moving to London. He has been a resident of New York since 2005.

Geoff served as Senior Relationship Manager in the Citi Learning organization. In this role, he managed learning activity globally within Citi Private Bank, ensuring employees had the right developmental opportunities to grow and deepen the skills needed to deliver an exceptional experience for clients. He worked closely with senior leadership to align business and learning strategy.

Prior to his role at the Citi Private Bank, he was responsible for learning activities within Citi’s Operations and Technology groups for Institutional Clients Group and Enterprise O&T impacting some 40,000+ employees worldwide. He was also formerly part of the Citi Holdings Organizational Effectiveness team. In this role he supported the execution of the Holdings strategy in the areas of talent management, performance, and leadership during one of the largest asset divestures in corporate history.

Earlier in his career, Geoff worked as a market research consultant in the financial services arena with clients including Bank America, JP Morgan Chase and Morgan Stanley. His firm helped Fortune 500 clients obtain a greater understanding of the needs of wealthy investors.

Geoff holds an MBA from Fordham University's Graduate School of Business. He currently lives in Westchester, New York with his wife and eleven year old son.

Kacie leads a small, global team and is responsible for building a global corporate university to organize all learning across Northern Trust along with implementing a new Learning Management System, managing our global Onboarding strategy, leading our client education efforts for our top-tier clients and creating global Mentoring and Career Development programs.

Prior to coming to Northern Trust, Kacie spent her career leading Learning & Development, Knowledge Management and Communication teams for Forsythe Technology, GE Healthcare Advisory Services, Aon Hewitt and General Growth Properties. Most notably, she built 4 knowledge management functions from the ground up, launched 3 enterprise-wide employee portals, led many technology change management efforts to increase adoption and managed the creation of countless sales, business and management training programs to help groups achieve their goals.
